Endicia XML label creation

Using the Endicia platform - Send XML request to Endicia and from response create and save label for user along with tracking number. Response is PDF base64 encoded. Data for XML is pulled from database and presented as a variable to use in the XML send request. I have included in the attachment the PHP page that needs the functionality included. The page currently creates a dummy PDF label which will be replaced by Endicia label and displayed in the <object> tag near the bottom of the page. The RGA number will be the unique name for each label. Save label to server, same directory as file.
