Fingerprint scanning and user photo capture into MySQL using PHP and javascript -- 2

We are looking for someone to program part of web application to capture user photo and fingerprint scan from desktop peripherals using PHP and javascript to upload it then to online MySQL database. We also need to be able to search for user by ID and match new fingerprint scan with fingerprint data stored in DB for user authentication. Programmer will only do the parts described on this project which is: 1- Biometric scanning and uploading (I mean scanning the fingerprint and uploads it to our DB, all using fingerprint scanner attached to pc through USP port) 2- Photo capture and uploading 3- Fingerprint search by 1:1 or 1:many Code must be based on PHP Codeigniter framework. This is not a complete project; its part of ongoing project we are working on. We don’t mind working in any biometric SDK as long its not expensive , Veridis is a good free SDK we think its a good choice. This is a web application and i understand that PHP is server side language and code communicating with the fingerprint scanner must execute locally in the PC through web browser using javascript or whatever communication method available. We need the web browser to interaction with the fingerprint scanner, no Windows applications used I think it could be done using JavaScript
