Hello We are familiar with this kind of issue and it looks like your magento is extremely damaged. It not only about the magento but need some sever files to be fixed like .htaccess. Google already blocked the domain and showing malicious software notice in google search. Also it looks like you are using very older version of magento. So it will be better to upgrade the magento to latest 1.9.x otherwise it could be hacked again soon after fixed. We can fix this issue and upgrade the magento to 1.9.x if you are interested.
