The things needed: 1. product/services category 2. product/services item When the invoice has been created Admin or Staff will use the products or services from product/service category list. 3. recurring invoices The best option if when Invoice has been created Admin or Staff have option mark this invoice has been recurred or not 4. payment reminders (automated) 5. automated daily status updates 6. accept payments online (Gateway: PayPal, STRIPE or more) 7. Customer area - a secure area for our customers to log-in, view all of their invoices, make payments, and ask questions or send ticket. (Customer Account Only create Admin or Sales - and after create Admin/Sales send or not email with login detail) 8. Invoice (PDF) send via attachment and view online (we don't like dompdf for create pdf), invoice size - A4 9. Files - Easily attach files and documents to any of our invoices 10. Reporting - customizable reports. Easily filter by and date range. Downloadable PDFs of each report. 11. Invoice Tracking - View an events timeline for each invoice so we know when our clients view, download, or pay an invoice. 12. Option for import/export customers/invoices from .csv files 13. Admin/Sales area 14. Responsive Web Design (Fronted, Customer and Admin/Sales Area) 15.
