Mobile Website : Google Map based - Locate Mobile, itinerary to POI

I would like to create a php website using Google Map, Mobile localisation, POI itinerary (go from current positon to closer POI) and when mobile is closed to a POI it propose a MP3 to read. It must run correctly under IOS Safari and Android Chrome. When an user will get into the php page, it must ask for localisation authentization. It must then locate the user mobile on a Google Map to a specific zoom and propose a itinerary to the closed POI (there will be only 6 POI) When the user mobile is close to the POI (maximum 10 meters) we will propose a specific MP3 to read, each POI will be associated to a MP3. Then it will propose to go to the next POI, and so on The POI form a path from 1 to 6. If for the fist PO the user arrive to the number 6 he will be guided to the POI 1 for the next run and so on until he reaches POI 5. After 6 POI a thank you page is displayed. The project must be developped on PHP, HTML5 and JS (jqery). Database will a MySQL I will provide you with a hosting plan for your developpement. The project must be done within 7 days maximum.
