I need to make a program which controls the money flow (treasury control) in an organization. I have an azure vm with windows server 2016, sql, IIS and php up and working! so you can connect and work via rdp. I need someone who is able to work FULL TIME with me for 2 months to accomplish the job. I need someone who uses a good framework which enables him/her to deploy the modules that I will be requiring fastly, because we will beging with the treasury control, but we will continue to make a complet ERP. So am I looking for someone to work long-term, after this treasury control project. After having developed the pc app I will be asking for the mobile app. So I would prefer to work with someone who can also develop mobile apps. Please make your bid PER MONTH (I mean: how much would you charge me in 1 month full time working in this project). The software will be made in Spanish. But I can help on the traslation at the end of the project.
