Hi! First and foremost I have bulk work to finish (consider 50+ websites). So please offer me a bulk price according to the work I am providing. So, I need a person who can fulfill below thing: 1) Provide me with any ThemeForest / live website (HTML / Wordpress) 2) Add or remove sections from them as per my suggestions. 3) Contact us form page functionality. 4) Reduce page loading time of Home page + 2 Inner pages by 85% + (google page / GT Matrix) - minify CSS, minify JS, minify HTML, enable gzip compression, leverage browser caching, optimize the order of styles and scripts, optimize images, minimize redirects etc 5) Valid 100% HTML 5 validation 6) Valid 100% CSS3 validation If you think you can do it with ease than please send me your offer and I will give you bulk work to complete. Give me offer price/website. Remember I won't ask you to provide all pages custom. We will do few custom edits in 2-3 pages, and rest pages will be same to same as per theme or live website. Payment Terms: Milestone can be created in advance for each website and will be released once after 100% work complete for that website. We will create a milestone for 1 website at a time. If the things mentioned won't be satisfied then you have to refund the milestone.
