New Gmail visual interface (browser version)

I am looking for a developer with experience in visual management (ie treemaps, heatmaps, sunbursts etc) to develop an Google mail web interface. The objective is to change the way users interact with email buy using a more graphical experience. Im looking to visualise, navigate and drill down to content based on details body, subject, to, attachment etc. Also need to add a number of custom characteristics to emails which can be managed through a configurable GUI. Must then be able to perform standard context based activities (ie, file, reply,etc). Longer term (but not part of this scope) will be some AI intelligence. This is intended to be the first step on an ongoing development journey. Software must include both source code, executable installer and submission on appropriate webstore. Find some functional and non functional specs attached. I also worked on a previous windows version which is available to those with serious bids - not just canned auto answers. Note that I am also posting an App option as I dont know the complexity. Depending on pricing guidance may go with just one or both.
