PDF Templating Application

We are a company that provides software solutions to small business owner. We need an application created for us that will allow us to create customized documents such as but not limited to invoices, quotes, work orders and checklist. Please see additional requirements below. Step 1: File Creation The web based system would require a set of login credentials. Upon login, the interface would list the PDFs previously generated, with the ability to create a new pdf. When creating the new file, a user would upload a PDF document, and be able to view the document on screen (possibly as images per page). They would then be able to drag and drop elements over the image. Once complete, the user would hit save, which stores the PDF, and any required coordinates file to a location we can set. (We store PDF documents in a specific folder on our server.) The new file would then have a unique ID, which will be used in step two. Step 2: File Printing Once we have an id for a document, we will then make a request to the application with all the necessary information to generate the PDF and send to the customer as a downloadable file. This will include the unique id of the PDF, the file name to be created, and all JSON data. Additionally, because this application will be hosted on each server that runs the main application, we should be able to execute this script internally. The entire application must be: Written in PHP, Perl, or a language we can install and run on RedHat Enterprise Linux 6.5. Must be fast, generating a pdf should take less than 3 seconds. Should not require more than 1GB of RAM, and use limited CPU cycles. Should be secure from Cross site scripting, code injection, and be compatible with SSL. Our team will work alongside with you throughout the project. Once the project is complete we will take over the maintenance of the software.
