In admin side, when adding or editing user, the admin can: - select if a user is geo-fenced or not (y/n) - If yes, they can select a geo-fence area for them with a fallback diameter of area where they can checkin/checkout from. - Admin can select a geofence directly from the map or enter a address for which automatically it finds the geo lat long for that address and zooms up there. Then admin can select the geofence. Try to make the user journey as easy as possible here please. - On mobile app when user is doing checkin and checkout, it will see if they are selected for geofenced and if they are in that geofence range including the diameter. If they are in that geofenced, only then they are allowed to checkin and checkout. - The geofencing is different for each user. - Geofencing will be different for checkin and checkout. But provide a button where admin can select "Same as Checkin" so it copies automatically. - When user logs-in, it will fetch the latest geofencing area for them for both checkin/checkout. And I believe this should be checked in the APP logically but suggestions are welcome. - One user will have one to one mapping of checkin geofence and checkout geofence. - Remember, checkin geofence can be different than checkout geofence. So checkin geofence with yes/no and checkout geofence with yes/no - geofence I believe can be kept as in circle. Any other shape or ideas are welcome. Points to note: - Please also note that the application is changed in agility with us too and so any changes for these modules should be noted and a traceability of changes we need for both admin as well as APP.
