Rectify "Submit Order" Button Error On Shopping Cart

"Submit Order" Button on "Confirmation and Payment Page" of Shopping Cart has stopped being active. When Payment Gateway (Interswitch WebPay) is selected and the "Submit Order" button is clicked on, it endlessly indicates "Please Wait A Few Moments" without proceeding any further. See attached images.
