Second image over posts thumbnails script

Hi, Could you please share your website url with me, I just want to make sure if there is default post format option, if there is already post format option available it will be just a css job if now we will need to create each post format. we can add our custom code into a child theme so that you will not gona loose your changes when you update you theme.
