General Requirement - Multilingual EN, BM, CN - Web/Android/iOS Part-timer APP - Sign Up using Facebook / Google / Email / Mobile Number with OTP verification - Additional info to store Compulsory: Name, Identification No., Photo, D.O.B, Contact, Gender, Nationality, Location, Rate Optional: Address, Education Level, Employment History, Skill - Generate QR Code for each profile - Received Job Offer from Employer: Accept / Reject - Track job history / working hours / Payment Status Employer APP - Sign Up using email/phone with Company name (Admin) Admin - Add user & assign user role (admin,user,approver,paymaster) User - Key in job details (Vacancy / Immediate Hiring) then send for approval (select approver) - Immediate hiring can include candidate in the form from register user, filter by location/gender/age - Once Approve, blast notification to candidate, waiting candidate to response within certain time frame - On event date when candidate report to work, scan candidate QR to capture clock in/out time - Allow user to modify total working hours for each candidate - Send Approval for Payment Approver - same access as user - Approve /Reject/Revise user request Paymaster - Wages will be automatic calculate based on rate & hours work - Update payment status by Scanning candidate QR Code when candidate come n collect cash

Hi, You need website app for both android and IOS and app concept is job portal having 3 user roles admin , Employer and employee. I am little bit confused in flow like first employer will list job and employee will apply or it is like employer will search employee profile and send him job and employee can accept or reject job? And cost and time is just place holder value we will finalize after discussion for all it would be in between $4K to $5k. Thanks:)
