-Vtiger Customer Portal not logging in. It is generating error -Cutomer Login Email Template for the customer portal to be modified/custmoized/edited Vtiger Global Search not working -Tickets created by admin user profile are not visile by other user profiles. This needs to be visible by all user profiles -Vtiger Workflow emails not working -Custom Modification on the Ticket Module to enable it handle some unique case management and ticket aging and overdue tickets(Track the ticket age ). Also ability to print ticket detailed activity summary and descriptions
