Webapp Junior Developer (react.js, next.js) for 6 months+ (possible up to 1 to 2 years)

Dear Freelancer, please take your time to read the following job offer carefully before you apply. I am an german full stack software developer and designer, specialized in medical and education software development and looking for a Junior Developer who wants to improve his skills in full stack development and is looking for a long term job. Three years ago i created a education software for e learning purposes and now want to recreate this project into a larger scaled system. I began one year ago with the design and now have a full html frontend system which i want to develop in a modern webapplication. I decieded to create the frontend system in react.js and deploy it via [login to view URL] and connect the app to an API headless CMS called "Directus". The main idea is to create an education platform. This kind of system is larger and more complex than a simple app therefore i need an co-developer (assistant). Behind this job isn't a full project or a simple task. I am looking for a person who has discipline, punctuality, and wants to learn specified programming languages (self-educated) or wants to become a full stack developer at all. Behind this is a project where i imagine that he or she can have a platform for learning and improving his skills about various systems and programming techniques. The key tasks are: - API Development and Programming (based on REST, JSON) - react.js and [login to view URL] programming (based on JavaScript) - Frontend Development (LESS, CSS) This project sounds first very complex and specific. But i am not looking directly for a full stack developer professional. I want a junior developer who wants to learn and will become a better developer at all. So what's your profile? Your key set is: - discipline, dedication, punctuality - Your english is not perfect but you can speak in "development" language very well and understand my messages (at least the most of it :-) - Prefer chat skyping but can skype calling when its difficult or urgent - You are interested in web development and already build some crazy things in php, javascript, jquery or similiar language - You ever heard of Wordpress CMS or Drupal and already build a crazy thing in there (for example a plugin) - You heard of react.js or has some of experience - You do some little magic tricks, for example AJAX requests with JavaScript or jQuery and build some cool stuff (doesn't matter if it is beautiful - if its work and gets no errors, it is cool enough) - You want to improve your skills to be a better developer - You want to work with API techniques and extend our own API - You want to work with react.js and do crazy things in there If you are the type of self-taught person, who can learn very well with education videos from youtube for example, i am very sure that you can do this job! Just because the most of this job is to learn, try to code some little things, get crazy about what's again is not working but when its working you are the happiest person on earth. For long term you will build your skills based on this and i think react.js is a future development framework where many of companies are looking for. But! first of all you need experience. You will work on our system in a project specific single part and i will give you enough time to work on a problem. I don't want to stress people - so there are sprints and deadlines of course - but you will become the time as you need for it. At the end we build really cool things and you learned to improve your skills in: LESS, CSS, Inline and code documentation, JavaScript, react.js, API Rest Development and much more with a long term job and without stress.
