Website Repair Kick Cube Theme

Please read before bidding on my project ! I have a Wordpress website using the Kick Cube theme and the required Restrict Content Pro plugin. I hired a freelancer to install this theme and plugin and make a few design changes. This freelancer did not perform or communicate well. After almost one year of delays and excuses, I removed this freelance from the project. I now have a website that is incomplete and totally unusable. I need to have this Kick Cube theme and the Restrict Content Pro FULLY completed and working as per their examples ( ALL featured items installed and working properly ) on my website. I've already spent enough money on this, so do not want to spend much more. You MUST be totally familiar with this theme and plugin in order to complete this project. You MUST show examples of other websites where this theme and plugin are being used. I don't like to be this direct in my approach, but I'm just frustrated in the lack of performance from the original freelancer. This freelancer used Virtual Composer to design the website and the changes. I DO NOT want you to use VC as I may need to make some small changes in the future and want to use either Gutenberg or Classic. The website URL is MeLooks.com.
