Hello! I see your task and I find it quite interesting, moreover, I used to work with XML with PHP a lot. I'm an engineer and I like to write well-optimised code. But I like clean frontend also - so I see this project as a single-page app with a neat interface. The first step is to upload a file, second is to select items and tune the output. And yes, the textareas with the final code to insert anywhere else.
