FrontDesk: Check in Check out Reservation / Booking Customer Registration card Billing Manage Reservation (Graphical overview of Room booked) Occupancy Calendar Rates Daily / Weekly / Monthly rental Multiple Rate & Rate Type per Stay Reservation, Check-In and Check-Out from single screen Invoices Generate invoices for any outstanding balance - combine multiple receivables per tenant or across multiple properties into one invoice, or split by due date, tenant, etc. Receipts Print or email receipts for any payment received - similar to invoices, you can combine payments from many due dates into one receipt, or print separate. You can even split payment types into separate receipts (rent, late fee, etc) if required. Rent Roll Print complete tenant balances and payment histories, for all tenants, or a single one. Group by building, property, etc and show group totals and grand totals. Export to PDF, Word, Excel. Search, Sort, & Print All accounting entries are searchable by keyword, tenant, property, building, and date range. Sort lists by specific columns and fields and print or email your data. Flexible Lease Terms Most lease terms are supported, including monthly, bi-monthly, weekly, bi-weekly, daily, quarterly, and yearly leases. Enter specific start & end dates, specify rent amount, and when first payment is due. You can also add secondary tenants to any lease. Payment Schedule Easily generate a handy payment schedule of every due date and how much is due on the lease. Payment History See payment histories for all tenants - view past payments for any date range, and print or email receipts for all incoming payments. Balances and Statements Get a snapshot of all outstanding balances and due dates for any and all tenants. Track all receivables and print or email invoices at any time. Tenant Profiles Store as much or as little data about your tenants as you like.
