I am a tax adviser by profession. As part of my work, I have to prepare PowerPoint slides for my clients with some "before and after" diagrams.
These diagrams are basically about ownership structures of companies, and how their existing structure can be modified through one or more legal actions, for example transfer of shares of a company to another, merging (ie legally combining) one company with another etc.
For a bit more clarity, have attached a PowerPoint slide that shows an illustrative ownership structure along with two legal actions, and correspondingly the resultant or 'after' structure.
My requirement is to have a desktop tool that-
1. Accepts instructions about the legal action that may be taken (there can be several types of such actions, details of which I can provide while discussing the project),
2. Prepares a 'before' structure and an 'after' structure in PowerPoint format
