Loyalty Module Prestashop

Hello i might be considering getting someone to try and create me a Loyalty Module in PrestaShop. What i am wanting to achieve is, once the module has been activated ,for each registered user that purchases from the website for the 1st time they will receive a 1% discount for the 2nd time 2% and so on until they reach a maximum of 10% loyalty discount on a monthly basis for there following orders, so they can only gain up to a maximum of 10% in every month and it has to work inside any price rules we set as an addition. If we set a price rule of 10% on selected products and the user has already purchased there 1st product previously and is returning and purchasing a product worth £100 on checkout they will receive a total of 11% discount paying only £89 for that product 1% loyalty and 10% product discount.
