Extract data for weather for all the cities

Hello all I have list of 2 million cities. I need weather data to be extracted from weatherspark.com. My budget for this task is 40-50 USD. Needs to be completed asap. For example lets take city name = Canillo (URL: [login to view URL]) Data to be extracted: 1st paragraph - 'In Canillo, the summers are short and cool; the winters are long, freezing, and snowy; and it is partly cloudy year round. Over the course of the year, the temperature typically varies from 15°F to 65°F and is rarely below 5°F or above 73°F.' AND FOLLOWING PART FROM SECTION 'Best Time of Year to Visit' The best time of year to visit Canillo for general outdoor tourist activities is from early July to mid August, with a peak score in the last week of July. The best time of year to visit Canillo for hot-weather activities is from mid July to mid August, with a peak score in the last week of July. Basically it is the line after 'Based on this score, ' Every city has the phrase 'Based on this score, ' twice in the text ... so just the remaining sentence after the phrase and the 1st paragraph for all the cities.
