This is a job to make CAD drawings and 3D rendering of a future swimming pool and garden area to be built on top of existing garages.
The screen shot shows the property in satellite in Google Earth. The address is Avenue de l'hippodrome 40, Ixelles, Belgium if you want to check.
The photo is of the parking lot.
There are four hand drawings setting out new layout from above, Current section of garages, new section of garages and new layout underground.
I want you basically to do the four hand drawings in CAD, but with sufficient detail.
You should suggest design of pool and garden and the downstairs area with filter room, hammam, sauna, etc.
You should also do a 3D render of the garden/pool area.
Maximum pool depth would be 1.60 metre.
Design should be modern, scandinavian, clean, tiles and borders to pool should be Belgian pierre bleu.
