Your job is to create a decision matrix for choosing a Ticket system (e.g. OTRS). The decision has to be done for the stakeholder end-users, Team-Manager, Business-Manager. The Ticket-System has to be used for all known Tickets which may come from any current used communication channel. Also you need to be able to identify the comparison aspects on your own! To prove your expertise name us following details in your application: - what are the well known ticket systems on the market right now? - what communication channels do you know and which are supported by the ticket system? - share us your best 2-3 comparison matrices for similar systems as reference to verify your level of expertise for our requested comparison We need from you the full estimate with all tasks you see in: [login to view URL] Ensure you READ EVERYTHING before asking us obvious and already answered things in this job description and in the Spreadsheet Share us your estimate for the proposed Ticket-Systems you want to compare along with the amount of attributes you think you need to compare. If it is easier for you, you can already add the comparison attributions into the calculation instead of trying to estimate the amount of attributes. The milestones: MS1: define a full list of available Ticket-Systems by license type and costs MS2: define a full set of attributes of the matrix to compare the systems MS3: execute the comparison based on the attributes of the matrix MS4: our quality assurance and review (calculate about 2 weeks until we confirm this milestone as done) We will post this project as hourly project, but we pay the estimated amount which we mutually agree on beginning of the project (similar to fixed price projects). The payment will be done AFTER the milestone was delivered. We do not pay upfront, since of bad experience. If this is not a option for you, do not apply. Information: we do not disclose our budget nor our hourly rates. We have done internal estimates with our experts/developers. So make us a offer which you would like to get. 1. Ticket Systems that can be analyzed: TopDesk, ZenDesk, SMARTService Desk, SysAid and new ones like SupportBench 2. Communication Systems: Project tools JIRA, CRM tools, Call Center/IVR, Social Media 3. Few Key Features: 3a. Integrates with Email and SMS gateways for sending alerts and notifications to administrators and end-users. 3b. System Supports multiple access levels for controlled access, and has ability to support many Roles 3c. Multiple attachments can be added to tickets in all major functional areas, attachment sizes as required Total attributes to be compared around 450-550 across 4 different tools Total Time required 80 hours (best case) 64 hours (optimistic) 120 hours (pessimistic) *I need to share the estimate.
