Philippino email marketing & link building expert (part time work)

Hello, I have an affiliate blog, where I'm teaching people how to multiply their streams of income by blogging/freelancing/investing etc. I'm looking for someone who understands email marketing, can advise on the best/most cost-effective email marketing platforms, connect it with my website, set up automated and segment emails and help me create lead magnet/PDF downloadable. There is also an ongoing link building work. I would like you to be able to find broken links/competitor links/occasional guest post writing. I will pay 200 USD for 60-80h of work a month (that's 15-20h per week). The first month is the probation period, with the possibility of extension. Ideally, this is a long term position for the right person. Since I've had a good experience working with Philippinos in the past, I would prefer to do it again.
