Forward Toll-Free number to answering machine

Hello, we have no idea how to processed this. But we have a toll-free number and need to have a answering machine for incoming calls. These calls can be basic like 'Hello, welcome to customer service.. Please wait while we forward your call' then some background music for 30 seconds and finally 'Sorry, nobody is here to answer right now.
