Need help exporting Executable Jar from Eclipse with References and Resources (Single File)

I am not a java expert and my knowledge of eclipse spans about 3 days so I need some help creating a usable, single file, executable file that can be used on a PC or Mac. My project includes some external libraries (PDFBox and miglayout) as well as a couple of images.

Hi, i can repackage your external libraries so at the end you will have one jar. It is common practice when jars are not big and in need with only one jar file.
