Developing a windows app that monitors several IP Cameras and broadcasts these video streams over the internet to the user's web browser. Working with a component ([login to view URL] TVideoGrabber see help on Streaming/StreamingURL) that produces a mms:// video stream view-able in Windows Media Player. . "Server" Side will run an HTTPServer on the Capture/Broadcast computer using libraries such as INDY 10, ICS or some commercial lib. I think the HTTPServer must create a publishing point in "PUSH" mode. I further think HTTP tunneling is required. Deliverable: 1) "Server" code must be Delphi 10.2 compatible. 32 & 64 bit. Simple to use. 2) "Client" code will be HTML with embedded WM Player.

Hi I have worked with datastead tvideograbber before. I have done app almost like your needs. (Desktop app to stream some Ip cams.) I can create this http server (with ICS or Indy) and later encapsulate it on both 32 y 64 bits win app. Also, I will create the Web client with embedded WMPlayer. I will use Delphi Embarcadero 10.2 .
