I'm looking to have an online .pes file editor. PES files are commonly used for embroidery machines and are also used by CorelDraw. The editor should work entirely online and in the browser (not to be downloaded). The editor should be written in jquery/javascript/java or similar and should not require any uncommon plugins or add-ons. Programming language must be agreed on before work begins. PES file editor will allow users to upload and import multiple .pes files. Each .pes file/object should be selectable and easily dragged around the design grid (see image) to allow the user to align and manipulated each file/object as desired. Also, the physical size of each file/object should be scalable by selecting (clicking on) the object, and entering either a desired new width and/or height. The width and height must have a locked size ratio. Additionally, when the user clicks "View Specs", a modal popup should show the user the overall width and height of all files/objects that have been uploaded and should generate a preview (this can be a simple screenshot). Awarded freelancer will need to message with me to ensure there is a clear understanding of of the project expectations. Specific functions: Upload - users will be able to upload first .pes file Import - users can upload as many .pes files as they wish and all imported files will be added to the viewport Delete - when users select a .pes file/object, the delete button can be clicked to delete that particular file/object (and will no longer be visible in the viewport) View Specs - users can see the overall width and height of the project and a preview will be generated Start Over - when users click "Start Over", all .pes files/objects will be deleted and the viewport will be reset. This will allow the user to start over from scratch Export - users can export (download) and "save as" the viewport, which will include all uploaded and imported .pes files/objects, as one, single .pes file. Resize - when the user either adjusts the height and/or width of the selected object, when the click "Resize", the selected file/object will be resized/scaled accordingly.
