Fitness Center located near Vail, Colorado, USA providing 4k streaming solution and on-demand videos for subscribers. We have recently installed this system using a professional service who is based 3 hours away. When installed it had this buzzing (most notable on apps and Roku) which they were unable to identify, isolate, or remove. They will not come back and work on it since it is so far away from them. For months we have been trying to fix it (have a new mixer, new cables, talked with software OTT people), but cannot get rid of this sound. We need an experienced sound expert to walk us thru various options until this is fixed. Attached are two videos of the setup.

I'm Steve and I think I could be of some help and offer solutions to pinpoint the source of the sound. I have recorded audio for studio shoots for workout videos for NIA Technique and I have also installed audio for karaoke suites for Voicebox Karaoke. There are a handful of things we can try as I have experienced and solved these issues in the past.
