Smart Contract Development for Crypto Dapp

I'm looking for a seasoned blockchain developer to create a robust smart contract for my crypto dapp. The contract should exhibit the following features:

- Staking Capability: The smart contract should offer staking functionality, allowing users/holders of the token to lock their tokens in the contract.

- Reward Distribution: Rewards should be distributed based on the duration for which the tokens are staked. The longer the staking period, the higher the reward.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

- Proficiency in Solidity: As per my preference, the smart contract should be written in Solidity.

- Blockchain Development: Extensive experience in developing smart contracts and deploying them on the Ethereum mainnet.

- Understanding of Staking Mechanisms: A solid grasp of staking mechanisms, particularly those that reward based on the staking duration.

- Testing and Deployment: Capable of integrating the developed smart contract with a UI and testing it thoroughly before deploying it on the mainnet.

Additionally, if you have experience in building crypto dapps, or have worked on similar staking and reward distribution systems, that would be a huge plus. Please provide examples of previous work, if available.
