CAD 2D & 3D Visuals for Recreation Park Layout

Our Foundation is looking at purchasing a parcel of land. Attached are the grid lines of the lot, which is on a slight grade/slope. We are looking at creating an open-space, community park here. There needs to be two permanent structures on site. One of the structures will be a 2 bay garage, with the doors measuring 30 feet x 2 inches wide and 24 feet x 1 inch high. The garage itself should measure 80 feet in length and 30 feet in width. The other structure is to be an economical building design offers six, private-entry restrooms with a central mechanical room. Each of the six restrooms can be configured for men’s and women’s or unisex, but all should be wheelchair/handicap accessible. There is an attached photo of this design. The garage should be placed at the top of this lot, and the restroom structure towards the bottom. If possible to place solar panel rendering on the two permanent structures. The park is to be wheelchair/handicap accessible throughout, from top to bottom. There are to be two areas, one on each side, with electric, gas and water hookups to allow for food/food truck vendors. Ideally the park should be able to all food trucks to be able to pull up to their designated spots, and for a pick-up truck to be able to drive to the upper garage to store as 26 foot trailer. It would be great to incorporate park benches that have USB & Electrical Charging stations at each.
