Create an architectural fly through

We are a Property Marketing company based in London, England and Johannesburg, South Africa. We specialise in creating animations and still image renderings for the architectural profession. We are currently looking to find freelancers who could assist us on some animation projects. What we need: BUILDING • 3DS Max model of a 1500 square meter house, exterior & interior needs to be modeled. DWG’s, PDF’s & renderings will be provided as a reference. • Model out unique interiors for the house being all public rooms, lounges, kitchens, TV rooms, dining rooms, cinemas, bars, patios, balconies, staircases, master bedroom, master bathroom, walk-in closet (reference images are to be provided for design intent and inspiration) • General population in all rooms so they don’t look empty when flying around them SITE & CONTEXT • Construct the building site and context • Environment planting, Context planting, Site planting MATERIALS & TEXTURES • All textures and materials are to be done and accurate to references provided FLIGHT PATHS • Map out flight paths • 90 - 120 seconds of exterior flight paths • 90 - 120 seconds of interior flight paths • Render out flight paths INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content created is to be supplied back to Jestalt Models, Working files
