Create 3D renderings of floor plans

Please can you create 3D renderings of these 2 rooms, make them similar to the attached 3D renderings. The name of the apartment project is Enkanyini Lifestyle Apartments Task: 1. Bring to life the floor plans attached by imagining and rendering each room with furniture and appliances (Kitchen, lounge, bedroom, bathroom) 2. Produce birds-eye view of each type (1 bed and 2 bed) 3. Produce 3D of what you imagine the entrance would look like, the logo will be shared with you during the project 4. Produce 3D of what you imagine the pool area would look like 5. Produce External facade of one of each of the blocks (consider that the area is quite dusty and we would like a cost efficient way to keep this up-market but requiring affordable maintenance) We do not have the site plan as yet, but would like to get started with the above for now. See below for inspiration the brief given to our design team working on the logo so you can get a sense of what our thoughts about this project are: "We need a logo designed for a new apartment block currently being built. It is called Enkanyini Lifestyle Apartments. The apartments are mid to upper tier apartments in a highly sort after and popular area. They appeal to young professionals, newlyweds and young families with its pool and lifestyle centric set-up. Enkanyini, or more commonly know as The Marula Tree in English, is a tree indigenous to the area and is quite popular for its fruit the Marula. It would be great if you could use the tree (and it's fruits if it makes sense) as the logo. Do note that we would like to use the logo also as the signage at the entrance/gate of the estate. This logo will also go on all our official documents, on uniforms etc. You are welcome to have different styles of the same logo to accommodate the different uses i.e. signage at gate, uniform, letterhead logo etc. Style: Elegant, simple, aspirational, (encompass the countryside/bush feel)"
