hi, my name is Ngoc, im a 3d architect and visualizer, i have working a lot with UE4, its around 3 years experiences on it. Already read your project details, and i really like it. I usually done visualizer for architecture buildings in UE4, i have some experiences with AR and VR so i believe i can do the VR tour, since im very familiar with Blueprint visual scripting. Im currenly using UE4.21 and 3ds max/maya when i need. For the house with 3,4 bedrooms, from interior to exterior, will take around a week, and cost about 1200 aud, i think it will be a reasonable price for this work, since i will need to design the house, modeling , and send to UE4 for visualizing, then create the VR tour.
