English to Arabic Translation adjustments

Ecommerce website in English will be translated to Arabic using Google translator. Will need to fine tune Google translation with "business" proper Arabic
as Google translator is not %100 accurate. Please have excellent English communication and Excellent "Business" Arabic skills. Please also have excellent project management skills. Current website is osCommerce but this should not effect translation task. Will most likely provide url to site and ask for word documents with translation for copy / paste process or we may create testing site and allow access to update English text to Arabic directly in osCommerce admin.
