generating html+js+css from hbs files from ArchitectUI Pro

I bought ArchitectUI Pro and I am having a problem with it. ArchitectUI is a Modern Clean Responsive jQuery HTML Bootstrap 4 Admin UI Dashboard. In its current format, I use npm-webpack to generate a site from hbs-js-css files. The problem is that this generates many html file with one css and one js file (very big). I need to have the full website and structure as is, but I don't want to combine js and css into one file each, I need them all separate because I need to edit the files to add my own code (especially the js file). work needed: Generate the folder structure or the ArchitectUI from the template files without combining all js into one and all css into one. I will need a zip file of the files and I should be able to run it all starting from index.html. This is a 2 days project, I will disregard any bid of more than 3 days.
