Video production for college website

We are a private college located in Vancouver, BC. We are creating a new website, and will be updating it on a continuous basis. We need various videos, mostly short videos, ranging from 30 secs to a few minutes. The videos will be about the college, the courses, student life, and the Vancouver area, to begin with. Other topics can be introduced at a later date. As mentioned, we will be constantly updating our website, and that will include adding new videos and clips regularly. We need someone who can create videos for us from scratch. This means we need someone to physically be here in Vancouver to shoot the videos, then edit and create the final product with sound/music. There may be some videos that can be created using general footage, however, we do not provide any footage or material. In this case, we need someone who can shoot the material directly, and can also use footage from other sources if needed to add to the various projects.
