We are interviewing for an awesome, long term, virtual assistant for personal and business tasks. This person will work with us directly to complete small tasks, larger projects, and everything in between.
You are the ideal candidate if you:
*Have a "figure it out", go-getter mentality without needing constant guidance
*Have excellent written and oral English communication skills
*Can stay organized and prioritize as we send tasks to you
*Can learn new apps quickly
*Are experienced with calendar management/scheduling, web research, travel planning, finance work including expense reconciliation, and other general administration tasks
*Are capable of making voice phone calls to the United States
*Have flexibility to work during weekday and weekend hours, Pacific Time (PST)
*It's a "plus" if you are already familiar with: Google Apps (Docs, Drive, Sheets, Forms, etc); Trello; website management; nutrition/wellness/health care industry; education & tutoring industry
This position is for an initial 2-5 hours per week with the potential to grow into a longer term role with more hours per week. We look forward to meeting the right candidate!
