Betfair Historical Analysis - Soccer

I need to have a betfair betting bot developed for a client. Client would like to see historical data first before deciding on requirements. Initially I need timestamped, Betfair Match Odds data for English Premiership soccer. Last two seasons, although any two seasons in the last 5 years will probably suffice.

I will probably sub-contract the bot development out as I don't have experience with Betfair API and don't have the time to learn. Budget will be between $500 and $1,000 depending on client requirements.
