Verify User

Form must ask user to register with email address then send registration code to email address then activate all the forms and/or the program... After activation the user must be able to access two fields that is read from the sql server that he can edit and these fields must then be imported to a new form where it can be used. After program is closed these fields that was edited must be saved to the sql database in accordance to the e-mail address. So user first register email address verify it then gets activated forms, after this the user can edit fields within one form and on the other form these fields is displayed. All the data must be stored on a sql database file where it is connected to the specific email address. Thus each email address has its own fields. I will edit the source code with the specific data I need, all that is required is that it must read from the database and after completion write to the database!
