Website Design - 2 Pages + Future Work

Our student organisation needs a new website design. Selected web designer/developer must have impeccable credentials in web design and development. In particular, bid will be awarded to a person who: 1. Can provide a portfolio of prior work done. 2. Has good intuition in design and more than 1 years design experience and knowledge of the W3C standards. 3. Has competent knowledge and experience with CMS & CSS systems 4. Can deliver project on time without compromising quality. 5. Have a brief chat with us to discuss the direction we should go for user friendly, bandwidth friendly design. Note: Your bid will enhanced by a fair price, and verifiable references. If your bid is high we expect your references and feedback to be high too. Please note that this project is very significant to the directors and project manager, and will be used as the basis of a long term business relationship with the winning bidder. The programming for this website is still underway so this work will be strictly web design. The kind of design we're going for is a very bandwidth friendly. Our logo has already been designed. We expect you to work around our logo colours, use your initiative and provide all necessary graphics and icons etc. Pages to be designed: 1. Main homepage with required registration text fields, login field (obviously no programming), loading graphic for when user clicks signup or login (most important page of the website), further more our homepage needs to be 100% finished with all links, info etc. 2. Page that can be used for the rest of the pages on the website after small modifications, e.g. logged into account page, account settings, message inbox etc. If you look on a website like facebook for example you will see that many pages are exactly the same and it is the icons that make them different. All icons must be provided. All copyrights shall be handed over to our company on completion of work including all base files e.g. photoshop, dreamweaver. Payment will be made after work is completed and accepted as finished (NO ESCROW). Communication will be made via Skype instant messaging. Our budget towards website design is $50 and no more so please bid accordingly. We're not interested in high bidders with 0 or low feedback. if your feedback is low then bid low. We're only interested in working directly with a web designer and not interested in working with a middle man/project manager. Winner will be chosen because of communication skills, quality of work, private message response times and competitive bid. You will have a 1 week to complete this project from the day you begin.
