I can make notification using Laravel event. what it happens in database , I can notice it to you using Laravel Event features. Cropping images uploaded can be done using FFMPEG premade packages. As you know , in this platforms, you can resize the photo of yours. Sending Emails is involve the email marketing system. I am going to use Laravel task scheduling for this. you can send email to anybody who wants to send it by anytime, or schedule time.
