I need you to fix a couple details of my wordpress website

Hello! =) I need to fix a couple details of my wordpress website!! the site is [login to view URL] The issues I have are the following: 1) I want to change the font of the "English Spanish" words that you see under the header 2) I've tried for days and I don't seem to be able to make the excerpts work for the homepage posts. If you scroll down you'll notice that the text under each post image is obviously taken from the complete post but it has no actual sense and it shows information I don't want it to show. I want to be able to select a specific text/excerpt to appear under each post image on the homepage. 3) I would like the drop down menu on the top of the page to appear immediately from the menu, basically I don't want that white space that appears between the menu and the drop down menu. I don't know if I'm explaining myself correctly please go to the site and when you go to one of the "sections" and a drop down menu appears there is a white space and then it appear over the slider, which I don't like. Please let me know if it is possible to fix these details, and how much/how long would it take because I need it to be done ASAP. Thank you!
