105052 flash tv/video/audio editing

We are looking for an experienced programmer to produce 3 things. 1 we want to develope a feature for our networking web site like youtube and all it features (including tagging, the viewing screen etc,.,) 2 audio and video messaging again done through flash so our users can record and uplaod messages and send to friends etc,., this will require the design again ofthe recording interface etc. 3 the last thing we want to do is produce an editing station again in flash (will take advuce on this) so a user can upload a video and then edit it, by adding in subtitles and or audio . they must be able to do this all on site within the interface. the site is www.buzzchill.com. for the sucessfull candidate there will be plenty more work.
