MSN Chat Records

I need a report to be written on msn messenger chat records. The report should be written by a qualified MVP professional and proof of this qualification will be required. The report should be no more that 2/3 pages long and should be at a level where it can be easily understood by individuals with no computer knowledge. The report will need to cover the following areas. The various versions of msn messenger that were available for the years 2008 and 2009. The location of the chat record file on standard computers. The type of file or files that the chat records were recorded in and comment to be made specifically on the fact if this record can be changed An explanation of all the records showing in the attached example. If msn is no longer available on a computer what programs can be used to open the file e.g. excel An explanation if this exported data can be altered without detection
