I need a 3d design for a robot drummer in SolidWorks / Inventor. A slider crank system must be placed on a drum. A drumstick must be placed on the slider crank. I have schemes and a piece already designed as inspiration, but any idea is welcome for a better result.

Hi, my name is Lindsay Wright; I an Inventor from AUSTRALIA. I have Invented a Magnetic Funnel that affixes up under steel sumps. It has a vessel at the bottom with handles either side, so the oil doesn't have to drain on to a oil tray. It also has a 100mm neck in the middle at the top to allow easy oil drainage into the vessel. At the base of the neck, on top of the vessel; there is a plastic webbing to arrest the sump plug & any foreign matter that may fall through the sump hole. I am doing a 3D transient turbulent simulation in ansys fluent with a moving mesh. Basically the simulation is a slider that moves in an open tower up and down. To estimate the flow into the tower due to pressure drops due to the slider movement (similar to the piston effect at trains moving in a tunel) I need to simulate the motion with a moving mesh. The movement is a translation in just the z direction and it is a forced movement, as the silder is accelerated by a drive. I alredy tried a 3D simulation with an overset mesh, but I have some convergence problems. I would need advice and help on the simulation.
