Need Magento Expert to Build Event Registration Site Quickly

We have stock Magento 1.5 installed and will provide the PSD files and content for the design of the site. We need someone to integrate the design using the blank Magento template. We also need the programmer to make a create a product, which will be the registration form, using the Mageworx Advanced Product Options extension. Some coding will be required to create a pop up window on the registration page. We would also like to utilize the digital signature feature for the signing of some waivers. We would want a different photo background image for each informational page. We will provide photos for the background and the seal for the header. This project will need to be completed within 1 week. Must have excellent templating skills with Magento. This is a rush project and we need the person to begin immediately. Communication is of the utmost importance and we need someone who will update us on a regular basis. Skype is the preferred method of communication.
