We are seeking hard working and reliable candidate to serve as a Gallery Assistant, working 2-5 hours per day, 3-4 days per week. You will be assisting a Gallery Director, Gallery Manager, Art Consultants and Art Handler in a variety of tasks which may include: * Preparing brochures and other literature for mailings * Managing inventory * Retrieving products for Art Consultants as needed * Respond to incoming correspondence * Provide administrative and personal support to Art Consultants * Photoshopping of artwork * Keep track of daily sales transactions and originals sold * Filing, typing, and other administrative tasks * Work with managers to keep abreast of new products and services offered by the gallery and any changes in price * Revising sales materials including catalogs, price lists, brochures, etc. * Refer customers who have additional questions to the Art Consultants or other appropriate individual. * Updating social media * Provide excellent customer service * Perform receptionist duties and maintain front desk * Must follow all company safety policy.
