log into a web account with about 100 pages, find publications in the text and determine the Pubmed IDs for these publications

I have an acocunt of a genetic testing company that has about 100 sections where they talk about a number of genes that were tested for breast cancer for example. There, they have a list of publications that this info is based on. I need someone to log into this account, go through all of these pages, determine the publications (they are in a continous list), copy them to an excel and then find the according pubMed ID number (8 digit number for pubmed database) for this publication. Result will be an excel with publication details in column 1 and the PubMed ID in column 2 for all publications used in this site.
