I am in need of a personal assistant to professionally handle phone calls, answer emails, and meticulously track rental payments and expenses for 6-10 rental properties I own. Your role will also encompass some responsibilities of a bookkeeper; hence, an understanding of and experience in basic to intermediate accounting is highly preferred. Key duties will involve: - Efficient management of rental properties - Timely tracking and recording of rental payments - Accurate accounting of expenses - Handling telephone and email communications A candidate with skills and experience in these areas will excel at this role: - Bookkeeping - Accounting (Intermediate level) - Property Management - Communication. For my peace of mind and the smooth operation of the rental properties, a meticulous, detail-oriented individual is a must.
